Teacher Walkthrough — Shot List & Script

Audience: teachers Angle: your whole class day — attendance, homework, grades, worksheets — without paperwork. Total target length: ~3:30 Device: phone, portrait (tablet acceptable). Scene 1 — Sign-in + Teacher Hub (0:00–0:20, ~20s)

• Screen/route: /login → lands on the Manage tab (Teacher Hub).
• Actions: sign in, pause on the hub grid so the cards are readable (Attendance, Assignments, Grade Book, Worksheet Generator, Word Lists…).
• FR: « Voici Qismi côté enseignant. Dès la connexion, votre espace “Gérer” réunit tous vos outils du quotidien : appel, devoirs, notes, fiches d'exercices. Une classe, un écran. »

Scene 2 — Take attendance (0:20–0:55, ~35s)

• Screen/route: Hub → Take Attendance ((teacher)/attendance).
• Actions: select class → select subject → tap "Tout présent / Mark All Present" → tap 1 student to mark Absent → tap Save → show the saved confirmation. If a student shows the "Pré-signalé / Pre-reported" label, hold on it 2s.
• FR: « L'appel se fait en quelques secondes : je choisis ma classe, “tout présent”, puis je marque les absents. Si un parent a déjà signalé une absence, je le vois directement. J'enregistre — et l'administration a l'information en temps réel. »

Scene 3 — Create an assignment (0:55–1:30, ~35s)

• Screen/route: Hub → Assignments → "Nouveau devoir / New Assignment" ((assignments)/assignments/new).
• Actions: select class + subject, type title "Exercices p.22–23", add a short description, attach a photo, set due date, keep "Classe entière", toggle push notification ON, create. Then open View Status for an existing assignment to show "12/25 students completed".
• FR: « Pour les devoirs : classe, matière, consigne, une photo de la page si besoin, la date limite — et une notification part vers les élèves et les parents. Ensuite, je vois qui a terminé, sans courir après les cahiers. »

Scene 4 — Grade Book (1:30–2:00, ~30s)

• Screen/route: Hub → Grade Book ((teacher)/grading / grades entry screen).
• Actions: select class, subject, current period → enter 3–4 scores → show the running class average → tap "Soumettre pour validation / Submit for Approval" and show the confirmation dialog (cancel it or confirm on a throwaway draft).
• FR: « Les notes se saisissent directement dans l'application, avec la moyenne de classe calculée en direct. Je soumets à la direction pour validation — et une fois approuvées, les parents sont notifiés automatiquement. »

• Actions: pick subject + grade, type topic "Addition avec retenue", type "Devoir / Homework", 8 exercises, languages Arabic + French → Generate → show the generated bilingual exercises → open one exercise in edit mode briefly → Preview & Print with a template.

• Screen/route: Connect tab → new class announcement (communication/announcements/new flow as teacher) → then a parent message thread.
• Actions: show the announcement form targeting your class (don't send, or send on demo), then open Messages and show a parent thread; briefly show "Translate & Send" if visible in the composer.
• FR: « Pour informer toute la classe, une annonce suffit — finis les mots collés dans les cahiers. Et pour un échange individuel, la messagerie privée avec les parents, avec traduction intégrée pour toucher chaque famille dans sa langue. »
